Spring Cleaning Checklist

Spring is the perfect time to declutter and freshen up your home! There’s something about a new season arriving that makes you want to refresh your space, and there’s nothing better than a clean, organized home! Here is our Spring Cleaning Checklist with some areas to focus on during your spring cleaning:

Spring Cleaning Checklist
  1. Closet: Start by going through your clothes and getting rid of anything you haven't worn in the past year. This will create more space and make it easier to find what you need! Consider donating clothes that are still in good condition.

  2. Kitchen: Clear out your pantry and fridge, getting rid of expired items and things you won't use. Wipe down shelves and organize items by category. Also, don't forget to clean your oven, microwave, and other appliances.

  3. Bathroom: Take everything out of your bathroom cabinets and drawers and sort through it. Throw away expired products and items you no longer use. Use a disinfectant to clean surfaces and replace old towels and shower curtains!

  4. Living Room: Dust and vacuum all surfaces, including couches and chairs. Wash any blankets or pillows that need it. Declutter by removing any items that don't belong in the living room.

  5. Bedroom: Wash your bedding, including your comforter or duvet cover. Declutter your nightstands and dressers by removing any items that don't belong. Dust and vacuum all surfaces, including under the bed.

  6. Home Office: Sort through paperwork and file or shred anything you don't need. Clean your computer and keyboard with a disinfectant wipe. Organize your desk and drawers.

  7. Windows and Blinds: Clean your windows and blinds to let more natural light in. Use a microfiber cloth to dust off blinds and wash your windows with a window cleaner.

Remember, spring cleaning doesn't have to be overwhelming. By focusing on one area at a time, you can make your home feel fresh and organized in no time. Happy cleaning!
