After you book and fill out our design questionnaire, we create a full design plan that includes finish selections, floor plan layouts, 2D or 3D renderings, and a shoppable product list. You review the design, request edits, and once it's finalized, you use the shopping links to purchase everything yourself at your own pace.

How does virtual interior design work for a new build?

We cover everything you need to make decisions on in a new build or renovation: paint colors, flooring, tile, countertops, cabinetry, furniture, lighting, decor, and more. Our goal is for you to walk into your new home and have every room feel intentional and connected.

What finish selections do you help with?

The New Build & Renovation package covers up to 15 spaces per package. This includes main living areas, bedrooms, hallways, entryways, and outdoor spaces like covered porches and patios.

How many rooms are included in the package?

Each room comes with up to 8 total design edits so you can refine the plan until it's exactly what you envisioned. If you need additional edits beyond that, they are available for a small additional fee just email us and we'll take care of it.

What if I don't love the design?

Do I have to buy from your links?

Not at all. Our curated shopping list is there to make your life easier, but you're free to buy from wherever you prefer. We source from popular retailers like Amazon, and more but the choice is always yours.

Absolutely. We design for real life, which means durable materials, practical layouts, and stylish choices that can actually hold up to a busy household. Just mention in your design form that you have kids, pets, or any specific durability needs and we'll factor that in from the start.
